Jolanta Całka completed her Architectural studies in London. RIBA Part I in 1984, RIBA Part II at the South Bank University in London In 1987 and RIBA Part III in 1989. Member of the ARB (1990-present) and RIBA (1990-2004). In 2001 Jolanta received the nostrification of her English Diploma at Warsaw Department of Architecture PW. In 2009 she joined the Polish Regional Board of Architects (MOIA)..
From 1987 to 1999 Jolanta worked with several good architectural practices in London designing commercial and residential buildings and supervising them on site. Her last employment in England was at the architectural practice BUJ in London. BUJ specializes in buildings located on riverside on the Thames in the East London and Docklands. She worked as a Senior project Architect on 22 apartments in Surrey Quays, 40 apartments – Coldharbour, 88 apartments and commercial units – Dunbar Wharf, 80 apartments – Metropolitan Wharf. Jolanta also spent some time designing a 36 storey apartment block in Hong Kong.
By the end of 1999 Jolanta moved to Warsaw and with her experience in architecture and site supervision she joined Project Management company Davis Langdon. She designed and supervised full construction process for the Powermedia office building in Wilanow, designed and executed a "soft refurbishment" of the residential spaces for Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw, executed a tender stage for Kids Play in Stegny in Warsaw. She also worked as a Site Manager for the internal refurbishment works of the listed building, the 5* Hotel Le Regina in Warsaw.
In 2005 Jolanta moved to EC Harris as a Senior Project Manager and supervised the construction works of Production Hall in Garwolin, 10000m2 Hall and office building in Zory. Jolanta also executed pre-construction stages i.e.: procurement, tender stage, negotiations, cost analysis for the North Point -51000m2 office building in Warsaw. She was also the Project Coordinator until Feb 2007.
In Feb 2007 Jolanta moved to King Sturge to work on the development of the 17000m2 office buildings Textorial Park in Lodz. In 2008 she became an Associate and Director in Project Management Dept. She was responsible for the whole Department, all projects and completion of Textorial Park.
In July 2009 Jolanta founded CCM (Całka Construction Management)
